Ramen Noodles

Very versatile and where they are frugal on the budget they get old and sometimes you just have to shake them up now and then. Sample ideas I found some time back surfing ~sorry I don't recall what website. I am bad about surfing writing down or get some sent to me and I space out to write down where I found them.

RAMEN SKILLET CASSEROLE
Brown 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 chopped onion. Add the flavor packets from 2 pkg. Ramen plus 1-1/2 cups water, also the Ramen. Add 1 can niblet corn. Cook 5 minutes call kids in to eat

RAMEN STEAK, BROCCOLI, AND CHEESE
Cook 2 pkg. Ramen Noodles in water. Drain. Add 1 cup chopped cooked broccoli. Mix 1 cup cooked chopped steak with 1 flavor pkt. and 1/2 jar Cheese Sauce. Add 1/4 tsp. garlic. Microwave for 20 seconds. Mix all ingredients. and EAT

RAMEN AND CHEESE
Cook 4 pkg. Ramen Noodles in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Add 2 cup grated cheese and 2 cup milk. Heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Serves 5.

POLISH SAUSAGE RAMEN
1 pkg. Hilshire Farms Polish Sausage
4 pkg. Pork Ramen Noodles
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots (or veggie of choice this is my fav)
2 cans beef broth Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces and fry in a skillet (really enhances the flavor). Cook the noodles for five minutes in the beef broth. Do NOT drain. Add the frozen peas and carrots, and the sausage, and mix well.
