CPSIA update for Once Upon A Child and the like

I have good news on resale....

I just got an email from a fellow homeschooler that just got off the phone with her local OUAC manager who has been in contact with their corporate office. Because of yesterday's bulletin, they are now not planning on closing.

They will become more strict about what they accept for resale
because of the increased liability they face with the new law. And
they are still waiting on some more specific points to be clarified.
But with yesterday afternoon's bulletin, they are no longer planning
to close the chain.
