I make this and usually cresent rolls or Italian bread to go along side with it. Another great fall recipe:0)
1 10 ounce package frozen corn
1-2 potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup water
2 chicken boullion cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 3/4 cup milk
1 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
in saucepan combine corn, potato, onion, water, boullion and salt and pepper. cook over medium heat till potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes) stir in 1 1/2 cups milk and butter. Mix the remaining 1/4 milk with flour and then add. Cook and stir until thickened.
