Its been proven to me in a way that hurt.  Although I felt like someone stabbed me in the heart when I heard the news.  I was also awakened to the truth.  Thought the truth was hard to swallow when I saw the strongest man I had ever known laying in a hospital bed in tubes and wires.

I learned something from this though.  I learned that no matter what happens you always move forward and NEVER stop going for your dream.  There will be bumps and blocks in the road along the way, but it's all worth it in the end.

I had to share this as it touched me and was able to read much of how this was affecting her.  Carl found out about Inger going by the river and crying when we went home.  She tried denying it at first then laughed and said well now you can't say someone hasn't cried you a river...

The 2 little ones slept with him last night in his room and this morning I do wish I had my camera...cellphones don't do well in low light situations:(  I nearly brought it but felt I wouldn't need it that he wasn't going to want photos of this time of our lives, but what I saw this morning brought such peace to all of them they all got sleep and melted my heart.  Walking in the room early this morning and seeing them all sleeping in that tiny room together was just powerful.  Due to lack of space Kelda and I slept in the waiting room that has become our mini hotel room the past few days.

Have been seeing the Magpie so much these past few days...can't avoid them one yesterday followed me all the way from the hospital door to the truck squawking lol.  The message often associated with this species of bird is that of:
